We reserve the right to:

- Cancel orders in case of inaccuracies or stock issues


4. PRICING & TAXES

- NL & BE: Prices include VAT (EUR €)

- UK: Prices include VAT where applicable (GBP £)

- USA: Prices are in USD ($); sales tax may be added at checkout

All additional costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.


5. ORDER PROCESS

An order is completed when payment is successfully received.

You will receive:

- Order confirmation via email

- Shipping confirmation with tracking

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

- Suspected fraud

- Incorrect information

- Payment issues


6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made at checkout using the available payment methods.

After notification, you have 30 days to return the product.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

10. WARRANTY & CONFORMITY

Products must meet reasonable expectations based on description.
