ORDER & SHIPPING

1. When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times:

- Netherlands: 4–8 business days

- Belgium: 4–8 business days

- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

- United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, or busy periods.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Additional costs (such as remote area surcharges) will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

- NL & BE: VAT is included in the price.

- UK: VAT is included or collected at checkout where applicable.

- USA: Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state.

We aim to avoid additional charges on delivery, but customs authorities may apply fees beyond our control.

5. Where can I find my tracking number?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

6. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

EU customers (NL & BE) also have a legal right of withdrawal:

- 30 days to notify us

- 30 additional days to return the product

7. What are the return conditions?

Items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed

- In original packaging

- With tags attached

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. When will I receive my refund?

- Within 7 business days after approval

- Additional time may be required by your bank

EU customers:

If you use your right of withdrawal, standard shipping costs may also be refunded.

ORDERS & ISSUES

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, please refer to our Return Policy.

11. My order is delayed. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow extra time.

If your order is delayed more than 7 days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact support.

12. My tracking is not updating. What should I do?

Tracking updates may take time after shipment. If it remains inactive, contact customer support.

13. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or video.
We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
