This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in the Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA).


1. RIGHT OF RETURN

Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

After requesting a return, customers have an additional 30 days to send the product back.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

- Be in original condition

- Include original tags and packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are excluded from returns:

- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear and socks)

- Sealed goods once opened (if not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons)

- Final sale items (if clearly indicated before purchase)


4. RETURN PROCESS

You must provide:

- Order number

- Reason for return (optional but recommended)

- Photos in case of damage or incorrect items

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Any customs duties or import fees related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.


6. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

- You will be notified via email

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method


Refund timelines:

- Processing time: up to 7 business days after approval

- Bank processing time may vary

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or in case of seller error.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Contact us within 5 business days

- Provide clear photo evidence

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The order must be returned in accordance with this policy.


9. FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned due to:

- Incorrect address

- Refusal of delivery

- Failure to collect

We may deduct reasonable return and handling costs from the refund.


10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE (EU & INTERNATIONAL)

For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium:

- This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the 30-day withdrawal right.

For UK and USA customers:

- Rights may vary depending on local consumer laws.
