This Shipping Policy applies to customers in the Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA).
1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+1, Amsterdam)
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Any additional charges (such as remote area surcharges) will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
4. DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATED)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak periods.
Netherlands: 4–8 business days.
Belgium: 4–8 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
United States: 5–10 business days.
5. TAXES, DUTIES, AND CUSTOMS
- Netherlands & Belgium: VAT is included in the product price.
- United Kingdom: VAT is collected at checkout where applicable.
- United States: Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on state regulations.
We aim to ensure no additional charges upon delivery. However, customs authorities may impose additional duties or fees beyond our control.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered:
- The order may be returned to us
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
7. FAILED DELIVERY / UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered:
- The carrier may return the parcel
- We may deduct return and reshipping costs from any refund
8. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 business days
- Provide photos of the damage
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
