When can I expect my order?

  • Orders received before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time within the United kingdom & Netherlands is 4–8 business days.

Please note: Delays can sometimes occur, especially when transport companies are experiencing high volumes.


The estimated delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service via our contact form.


How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the United kingdom & Netherlands.


I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the item. You can find detailed information about this in our Return Policy.


I want to return an item, what should I do?
Read our return policy for detailed instructions. Remember to include your order number and any photographic evidence.


Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order number is at the top of the email, for example “#7489”. . As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a separate email with a link to track your delivery.


The Track & Trace code does not show any information, what can I do?
It may take a few hours for the tracking to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. Please check that you have entered your order number correctly.
